I am selling my Gibson Historic Custom Shop 50th Anniversary 1959 R9 Les Paul in Scotchburst Gloss.  It weighs in at 8.45lbs. and is in perfect condition.  It has never left my house and has only had one set of strings played on it.  The factory strings were taken off as soon as I got it and they were put in the case.  This is the most accurate reincarnation of the 1959 Les Paul Gibson has ever made and is one of only 59 Anniversary Les Pauls made in this VERY unique color.  The Schotchburst color complements the top perfectly and the quilt on this thing is absolutely stunning.  Lots of character in this one. Very similar to the Pearly Gates with just a little bit of spalting.  The figure and color of the top both change quite drastically in different lighting conditions.  This one comes loaded with Burstbucker pickups and bumble-bee capacitors.  Comes with certificate of authenticity, hang tags, and original Gibson hardshell case.
