Quince is one of the most specific Montenegrian fruit. It is growing everywhere here and widely used to produce marmalade and rakija( local spirit). It looks a little bit like a pear, but much harder and bigger. Locals are very proud of it and call it "dunja". Quinces inspired ne because of its original shape and juicy color.
